Office Team

Lynae – Hygiene Coordinator
Lynae is our Hygiene Coordinator, she's been with mckinneydentist.com since 2008, but she has worked in the dental field for 25 years. Lynae is Mom to two wonderful girls, Brittany and Courtney. When Lynae's not working, she loves running, shopping, and watching OU football!

Debbie – Hygiene Coordinator
Debbie has worked for mckinneydentist.com for several years as a hygiene coordinator. She loves her job and the people she works with. Debbie is married to a wonderful husband and has 2 great kids. When she is not at work she is spending time with the family or doing one of her favorite hobbies of cooking, decorating, swimming, and reading.

Cathey – Doctors’ Coordinator
Cathey has been with the team 18 years. She enjoys coordinating, because it’s both challenging and rewarding. When she’s not busy in our office, Cathey likes being outdoors and playing with her two lovely grandchildren.

Pam - Financial Arrangements Coordinator
My name is Pam Garber and I am the Financial Arrangements Coordinator for McKinneydentist.com. I have been with this team of wonderful people for 16 years, the first 10 was part time. I have been married for 24 years and have two adult children Krista (20) and John (18). I enjoy shopping with my daughter and spending time with family and friends.

Di – Practice Administrator
Hi my name is Di. I grew up in a small town in Ohio, believe it or not, my town still does not have a traffic light! I will say, even though I miss many things from the north, I have been lucky enough to be in Texas for 10 glourious years.

I married the most wonderful man and my best friend on July 14th, 2007 and we have a "son" together. He is a very energetic and athletic bulldog named Bobby Lee. He definitely keeps us busy!

I caught the "dental bug" 8 years ago, which lead to my decision to become a Dental Hygienist. I now combine my clinical knowledge with my technical knowledge so that I am able to share even more of my love and passion for dentistry with each and every patient. It is an honor to take care of all of our patients! I look forward to meeting and taking care of you as well so, come join our family!

Jay – Regional Director of Operations of Texas
Jay has worked as a dental consultant all over the Southwest. He enjoys being part of the Mckinneydentist.com team because of our dedication to excellence. Jay has seen hundreds of dental offices and has never found a more caring and trustworthy group of people. He is a proud husband and father. He and his wife, Keri, have two children, Jax and Marcella. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active and being outdoors.

Lori – Greeter/Business Assistant
Lori Love has been a member of our team since 2006. Her warm, friendly greetings are an indispensable part of our daily routine. Lori keeps busy in her free time with three children, Connor, Matt, and Robyn, and four cats, Cougar, Maggie, Shadow, and Boots. She and her husband enjoy football, traveling, shopping, and watching the high school marching band.

Crystal – Business Assistant
Hi, my name is Crystal. I am thrilled to be a part of a team dedicated to exceptional service here at McKinneydenist.com. I have 7 years of dental experience; I also am a Registered Dental Assistant with the hopes of attending dental hygiene school in the very near future. I feel my clinical background helps to answer any questions you may have regarding your dental treatment. I have been married almost 5 years to a wonderful man, Stephen, who is an engineering student at the University of Texas at Arlington.

We live in Arlington and keep busy with our two daughters ages 4 and 4 months, and our dog Miss Peebles. I look forward to my drive time calling it my only “quiet time” of the day. We are fans of all sports yet lean most toward football and basketball.

Lindsey – Business Assistant
Lindsey has been with Mckinneydentist.com since 2007. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she majored in Art History. Lindsey met her husband at a portrait studio in Norman, Oklahoma where they were both photographers. Lindsey and Tim have two cats, Harry Potter, a black and white Turkish Angora, and Echo, a lanky diluted-calico. Outside of work, Lindsey always has her nose in a book. In addition to reading, she enjoys going to movies, writing, and laughing until she cries.

Christine – Insurance/New Patient Coordinator
Christine has been part of our team since March of 2006. She has an associate’s of science degree and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree. Christine is like one of the family at Mckinneydentist.com, and she looks forward to many more years of loyal service. When she’s not in school or working, she likes watching movies and being outdoors.

Kelly – Scheduling Coordinator
Kelly has spent the last eight years coordinating schedules for Dr. Lynch. She takes pride in making people’s dental experiences comfortable and convenient. Originally from California, Kelly has fully embraced the Texas lifestyle. If you need to make an appointment with Dr. Lynch be sure to ask for Kelly, she will answer all of your questions and make you smile while doing it.

Karen – Insurance Verifier
I became part of the team at McKinney Dentist in June 2007, and just love being part of this family. I verify the insurance benefits for our patients. Being on the phone with insurance companies is a large part of my job. I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Yes, I am an Ohio Buckeye Fan! My husband Troy and I made McKinney our home back in 2002. We have one son, Patrick that still goes to school back in Toledo. We love our Labradors, have four of them, they keep us busy at home.

When I'm away from the office we enjoy time with the dogs and going to see movies and relaxing around the house. Vacations are always in a tropical surrounding, as we we're married, on the beach in Cancun, Mexico. We love enjoying our time by the pool and water activities.

Hygiene Team

Sandy – Dental Hygienist
Sandy Wilson has been with Mckinneydentist.com for 20 years. She has practiced dental hygiene for the past 37 years, and loves what she does, because she gets to know her patients on a personal level. She and her husband, Dave, have three wonderful children and one grandchild. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her loving family

Lori– Dental Hygienist
Lori had been with us since 1997. She loves our community-centered work environment and shares our passion for excellence. Lori graduated from Texas Woman’s University with her bachelor’s of science in dental hygiene and was married to her husband, Brad, shortly after. They were blessed with a daughter, Carly Jo, in 2006. When she’s not working, Lori and her family enjoy spending time at outdoors at their farm in Clifton, Texas.

Vicki – Dental Hygienist
Vicki joined our team 21 years ago, and she hasn’t regretted a single day. “Work is easy,” she says, “when the people surrounding you are committed to offering the best to our patients.” She is dedicated to learning about the latest in dentistry and enjoys sharing her knowledge with the rest of the staff. She has been married for over 24 years, and she and her husband have a young son.

Wendi – Registered Dental Hygienist
Wendi has been in dentistry for 15 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. When she's not making teeth shiny, you can find her one of two places– abusing her body on a softball field, or scuba diving with sharks. Wendi has four rescued animals which she refers to as her children– three dogs, Nila, Oreo, and Milli and the leader, a cat named Calli. They are full of energy and keep Wendi on her toes.

Mary – Dental Hygienist
Mary has been with Mckinneydentist.com since 1997. She has been in the field for over 20 years, and says she enjoys it because she gets to meet new and interesting people. Mary followed in the footsteps of her father who is a practicing dentist. She met her husband at dental hygiene school, and they now have three children together. In her spare time, she goes boating with her family on Lake Texoma.

Cynthia – Dental Hygienist
Cynthia has been practicing dental hygiene with us for over ten years. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with her dental hygiene degree and says it was the best thing she ever did. She loves making people smile. Cynthia is a proud parent of her daughter, Brittany, who is pursuing a degree in psychology. She and her husband, Matt, enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, boating, swimming, and tennis

Charity – Dental Hygienist
Charity has been with Mckinneydentist.com for over 13 years. Though originally from Iowa, she received her training at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them maintain optimal dental hygiene. She and her husband have two children, and Charity loves being involved with the youth ministries at their church. She also enjoys snow skiing but has had a hard time with it in this Texas heat!

Michelle – Dental Hygienist
Michelle has been practicing dental hygiene for 14 years, five of which have been with Mckinneydentist.com. She works with Dr. Lynch to provide optimal oral health for patients of all ages. Michelle moved from California to attend dental hygiene school at the University of Kentucky. She feels at home in McKinney and loves spending time outdoors in the hot, Texas sun. She has two active kids, Dylan, who loves tennis, and Macie, who enjoys gymnastics. When she has time, Michelle likes water skiing, mountain biking, playing tennis, and going on vacations to the beach.

Jennifer – Registered Dental Assistant
Jennifer has been a in the dental hygiene field for over five years. She has watched Mckinneydentist.com grow since she was a little girl. She finds her work easy, because she is surrounded by so many dedicated and caring coworkers. Jennifer has been married for eight years, and she and her husband have two beautiful girls. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to watch Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks games with her family.

Paola – Registered Dental Assistant
Paola has been in dentistry for ten years, and she has been with us since January 2006. She is a hard worker, but quiet. You won’t even know she’s around! Paola has two children, the loves of her life. Adrian is 11 years old and loves baseball. Daphnie is six years old and is the biggest drama queen you will ever meet. Paola loves the Dallas Mavericks along with the rest of us here, so GO MAVS!!!

Kristy – Dental Assistant
Kristy has been in dentistry for five years. She is a little energetic and has never met a stranger! Kristy is engaged to Duncan, the love of her life, who she will be married to by Elvis this December. Kristy also loves her cats Mr. Bojangles and Mufasa!

Dena – Registered Dental Assistant
Dena has been a registered dental assistant for 14 years, the last ten of which have been at Mckinneydentist.com. She loves our friendly, upbeat atmosphere, and the smiling patients we serve. She and her husband, Eric, have three beautiful children, Jeffrey, Landry, and Audrey. In their spare time, they enjoy boating and camping on Lake Palestine. Dena also likes playing tennis and watching sports.

Shelva – Registered Dental Assistant
I was born in Dallas, Texas. I have been in the dentistry field for over 13 years and have been assisting Dr. Lynch for over nine of those. I received my training in the U.S. Air force in 1996 and loved every minute of it so that is why I am still assisting. I have a son in first grade that loves sports, especially hockey. Most of my spare time is spent with him.

Tosha – Registered Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Tosha. I am one of Dr. Lynch's registered dental assistants. I was born and raised in North Texas. I have been married to my husband 8 years now. We have a 7 year old son Blake. I spend most of my free time working out, shopping, playing golf, and hanging out by the pool. (I love the Texas heat.) I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful family at home and at work. Our team at MckinneyDentist.Com is awesome.

Terri – Registered Dental Assistant
Terri is a native of McKinney and has watched the town and the practice blossom. She has been with Mckinneydentist.com for 19 years and knows many of the patients we serve on a personal level. Cosmetic dentistry is her passion, because she loves watching smiles transform into beautiful works of art. She has two children, Cody and Shelby, with whom she loves spending time. Terri also enjoys golfing, exercising, traveling, and working in her flowerbeds.

Toni – Registered Dental Assistant
Toni is a certified dental assistant and a native Texan. She has been in the field of dentistry for nearly 30 years. Her passion for healthy teeth shows through the work she does every day. She loves to educate our patients on their cosmetic teeth whitening options, and she can show you the dazzling results in our smile gallery. Outside the office, Toni likes watching her children play sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Martha – Registered Dental Assistant
Martha has been a dental assistant for over 16 years. She joined the Mckinneydentist.com family in 2006 at Dr. Lynch’s request. She enjoys working with our friendly staff and serving our loyal patients. She has been married for 11 years and has two children. In her spare time, Martha and her husband volunteer at in the children’s ministry and teach Sunday school at their church. She also enjoys reading, playing the guitar, spending time with family, and continuing her education.

La Crecha – Registered Dental Assistant
La Crecha has been an RDA for 12 years, and she has been an exciting addition to our team since 2005. She loves making new patients feel welcome and adds a personal touch to everything she does. She has been married for six years and has two wonderful girls, Alaisha and Jassmin. La Crecha continues to grow both personally and professionally, and she has a passion for learning. When she’s not working, La Crecha likes to spend with her husband pampering their two little divas.

Technician Team

Jessica – Lab Technician
Jessica has been with Mckinneydentist.com for almost 3 years, and we love her go-getter attitude. She helps with everything from sterilization to lab work and is always around to help when we need her. She is a proud mother of two girls, Jaydah and Naomee, and loves sitting back and letting them amuse her. In her spare time, Jessica volunteers at AWANA and at her church nursery. She is always optimistic, and her motto is to live life to its fullest.

Asia – Sterilization Technician
Asia has been working in our lab for about a year. She is an extremely hard worker and dedicated to learning everything there is to know about dentistry. She has watched McKinney grow from the time she was a little girl and is proud of the progress we have all made. In her spare time, Asia likes watching movies, spending time with friends, photography, and creating her own art.

Tony – Lab Technician
Tony is our veteran technician. He has been with mckinneydentist.com for over 19 years. He’s Irish, but we don’t give him too much trouble about that. He’s a proud parent of seven children and 16 grandchildren! Most of his spare time is spent with family and, when possible, relaxing with his girlfriend, Alma.

Alicia – Sterilization Technician
Hi, my name is Alicia Hinkle and I have been with the team since 2008. I have a beautiful daughter by the name of Rosa, who is very energetic and keeps me on my toes. Along with these other lovely people: my 4 sisters, little brother and nephew Jalen to name a few.. I've been blessed with a big family and parents who have been with the Salvation Army since 1997. I love to travel and visit various places around the country as often as I can. North Texas is such a great place to live, visit and raise a child. I am a proud member of Covenant Church and enjoy hearing Pastor Hayes every chance I get. Being in the dental field can be so rewarding and I know with the experience and knowledge I have gained it will only get better as the years pass.
